 Introduction

I am a recent graduate of the Master in Maritime Law at the University of Oslo, currently attending the Master in Information and Communication Technology Law, also at the University of Oslo.

The LLM in Information and Communication Technology Law counts with the following relevant courses:

In addition to my academic qualifications, I am an attorney at law licensed under both the Brazilian and the Portuguese Bars. As a European Lawyer, I can work in Norway as the equivalent of an Advokat. I have over seven years of professional experience as an attorney, plus two years of legal experience as an apprentice at the Brazilian School of Magistracy, and two years as a trainee within a large law firm. My previous legal experience makes me well suited not just to advise on maritime and offshore issues, but also in a variety of matters related to digitalization, contracts, litigation and extrajudicial settlement.

I am dedicated to living and working in Norway. I have been married to a Norwegian for nearly eight years, and have lived in Norway for the past five years, and am currently taking the steps towards becoming a Norwegian citizen.

Additionally, I am fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, and am proficient in Norwegian and Italian. I learn new skills quickly and can adapt to new working environments. I am also an excellent communicator who performs well both individually or in a group.

  • French: One of my parents is French, and this was the second language in my household. I can use this language almost natively.
